In 2003 we founded EcoStone Group as a business group where we offer investment opportunities in real estate. We have also been one of the main contractors in Florida, improving and managing more than 500 construction and restoration projects.
During these 19 years of experience we have learned hundreds of architectural styles. We love taking on new challenges and we value the opportunity to learn and discover new approaches. We are now becoming one of Florida’s fastest growing business groups.

Juan Gómez is one of our founders, who since 2008 has been the director of several real estate projects and construction companies in Miami.
It has supported and built more than one million residential and commercial square feet in Miami.
He has worked on recognized projects such as Jefferson Hotel, Miami River In, East River, Smart Brickell, Habitat Hotel, Habitat Residencial, Brickell City View.
Juan Gómez is an expert in value engineering, directing all stages of development and property management.
JAVIER GÓMEZ

Javier Gómez is Founder and Director of Operations at the Company, since 2008. He is also an expert in commercial real estate with more than 12 years of experience.
Together with his partner and brother, they have built more than one million residential and commercial square feet in Miami.
He has participated in recognized projects such as: Jefferson Hotel, Miami River In, East River, Smart Brickell, Habitat Hotel, Habitat Residencial, Brickell City view.
KAREN CARDONA
PROPERTY MANAGER___
Karen is the Director of Asset Management at the Company.
With over 8 year of experience in the field of acquisitions and purchasing Karen brings to EcoStone group , vast array of skills in the areas , of contract negotiations, vendor selection, logistics and data collection which are the core strategy in the business model of EcoStone Group.
Karen received her Bachelor in Business administration from the Miami-Dade college.
DANIELLA LIZARAZO
PROJECT MANAGER__
Ms. Lizarazo is a construction designer with more than 6 years of experience in the construction industry. She has worked on projects such as a unit at the Jefferson Hotel; 72 historic units at the Miami River Inn Hotel, an 8-story 36-unit multi-family building in East River Living; 22 high-rise stories and 100 units at Smart Brickell; plus 4 floors and 40 units in Brickell City view and many other projects.
Daniella is also responsible for the architectural plans for most of these buildings, as well as the design renderings. In addition, it deals with the provision of construction materials and coordinates the engineering, plumbing, electrical and the rest of the work required in each project.
Aside from construction challenges, she has also been responsible for clerical jobs such as cost projections, accounting, payroll, and many other key activities such as bilingual representation and customer sales projects.
