She leads the management of tenants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with operational, financial, and service standards.
AUXILIAR CONTABLEOriana Durán Oriana Durán serves as Accounting Assistant and Property Management Assistant, supporting the management of six properties by overseeing daily operations and maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records. Her role includes handling essential property management responsibilities, managing the accounting for each property, and overseeing the financial tracking of new development projects.
PROJECT MANAGERAna Rincón She also coordinates the Ecolanding project from pre-construction through final delivery. Her responsibilities include project operations planning, contractor and vendor management, materials and budget control, and detailed on-site progress tracking alongside the field team. In addition, she supports the team’s internal organization, facilitates cross-department communication, and ensures that each phase moves forward in line with quality standards and company objectives.
